Plain and simple: we collect what we need to get your order to you and keep in touch, we protect it, and we never make it hard to say no to marketing.

What we collect

  • Contact details - name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address.
  • Payment information - handled by our secure payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Order information - what you've viewed, bought or returned, and your size selections.
  • Device and usage information - IP address, browser type and how you navigate the site, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
  • Session activity - we use analytics tools that record how visitors interact with our pages, including page views, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so we can see where the site is confusing and fix it. These recordings are of on-page behaviour only. We do not record what you type into form fields, and payment details are never entered on our site - they go directly to our payment provider.

How we use it

  • Processing payments, fulfilling and shipping your orders, and providing customer support.
  • Marketing communications you've opted into - you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Non-promotional order notifications (confirmations, tracking) are sent regardless, because you need them.
  • Security, fraud prevention and account authentication.
  • Complying with the law and responding to lawful requests.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers who help us run the store - website hosting, payment processing, order fulfilment and delivery carriers, our customer communications platform, and analytics providers who measure site usage and record on-page session activity on our behalf.
  • Law enforcement or regulators, when legally required.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it - to service your orders, meet our legal obligations (like tax record-keeping), and resolve disputes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the Australian Privacy Principles and applicable US state laws), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Receive a portable copy of your data

Children

Our site and products aren't intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
