Who you're buying from

Kangalope Country runs two stores: purchases from the AU store are made with our Australian business, and purchases from the US store are made with our US business. Either way, you're dealing with the same family-owned brand.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older (or have a parent or guardian's consent) to place an order, and the information you provide must be accurate and current.

Products and accuracy

We work hard to represent our gear accurately, but colours can vary between screens. Product descriptions, pricing and availability may change without notice, and we may discontinue items at any time. If we find an error in pricing or stock, we may correct it and cancel affected orders - with a full refund if you've already paid.

Orders and pricing

• Placing an order doesn't guarantee acceptance - we may decline or limit orders (for example, on suspected fraud or stock errors). If we cancel after payment, you get a full refund.
• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) on the AU store and United States Dollars (USD) on the US store.
• Prices exclude shipping, customs and import taxes unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We aren't liable for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier - but if something goes wrong, email us and we'll help chase it. Full detail on the Shipping & Returns page.

Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protections where you live.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site - the Kangalope, our logos, artwork, designs, photography and text - belongs to Kangalope Country and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Reproduction requires our written permission.

Reviews and feedback

If you share reviews, photos or comments with us, you give us permission to use them in our marketing, and you confirm the content is yours and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, attempt to interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, copy our content, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

Disclaimers and liability

Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Australian Consumer Law guarantees (and equivalent non-excludable protections elsewhere) always apply - including replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.

Third-party links

We're not responsible for the content or practices of external websites we link to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and Queensland courts have jurisdiction - without limiting any non-excludable consumer protections that apply where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; updates take effect when published here.
